How to Craft Ornate Shield?

While destroying items I got a blueprint for an ornate shield. But there isn’t anything in the workbench at Znulf to craft it.

I don’t know if I have to buy that bench myself, but from seeing that the anvil is the same when bought, I doubt it.

Also, I know before the update you could buy upgraded working stations from the caravan guy. But he doesn’t got anything as far as I know. Nor does anyone else.

Is that shield implemented already or not?

There already are a lot more items implemented. Among those are better crafting stations, more materials and gear. Just give us some time to insert appropriate enemies and regions that provide that stuff.
