Everytime i going online Blue screen pop-up. It’s always when my loading is full and i am about to enter to the world, then boom. Blue Screen. I have no idea what’s the cause of the problem. I installed “oalinst.exe”, tried all compatibility mode with “open as administrator”. The only conclusion i have it may be that game don’t support my old sound card “Sound Blaster Audigy”.

    Please help me with this.
    Thanks.

I don’t know much about this. But try to update your drivers if possible. Check with the manufacturer webpages for the latest drivers.

Also, I don’t know how long the bluescreen shows up, but try to write down some information it provides and post it here.

It seems like some error with your specific system. The fact that it goes blue when you enter the world points to graphic issues with a high likelihood. Try updating your drivers, like Tigerlime suggested.

What kind of graphic adapter do you have? Please post the content of your client.log after a bluescreen here.

That seems to be a memory access error. Did you overclock your CPU or did you experience similar crashes with other games or 3D applications? There is some kind of hotfix out there by Microsoft that has helped people with the same bluescreen (not in the context of Gonzo, though).

That’s what I’ve got from different forums so far. But I don’t have the time right now to follow this very specific error; sorry. But if you find a solution for your system (turning off overclocking, installing the correct Windows updates, checking your hardware with tools – especially CPU, RAM and harddrive), please do report again, so future players with similar problems can be helped.

I’ll try to do something about that and will be grateful, if you could link that hotfix by microsoft, so i can read that too.

    Thanks
