Specific object permissions for specific player?

Is it possible to e.g. having two set of doors, where only owner of the place and specific player can use them (but no players that are permitted to use other doors)?

E.g. There’s owner (O) and players X and Y. O gives player X and Y one room each. Player X should be able to open his door, but shouldn’t be able to open Y’s and vice versa. O should be able to enter both rooms.

Same permissions for other objects.

What I want to do basically is to became a landlord, renting living space to people who can’t be bothered to build their own.

Interesting. No, that’s not possible. But I like that idea. Maybe Rammy will implement that at some point. But currently that’s not possible. Currently you can have objects accessible only by the owner. And then you can have objects accessible by everyone. There’s nothing in between.
