So I bought a lorry and got a container in my inventory that’s empty. I guess non-empty containers has an exception with buying them. Anyway, I tried to put stuff into the container and it didn’t work. So I went to my place and placed it on the ground. Then I was able to put stuff in it. But I can’t pick up the container anymore. So I assume non-empty containers means that you can only have empty containers in the inventory? But then what was written on the news is a bit misleading.

non-empty containers, what does that mean?

“Players can no longer have non-empty containers in their inventories.”

Shouldn’t it be “Players can have non-empty containers in their inventory” or “Players can no longer have filled containers in their inventory”?

Anyway, is it possible to have containers in the inventory and fill them?

A non-empty container is a container that is not empty, i.e. there is at least one item in it.

You can not have such a container in your inventory. That means that you can neither put a non-empty container into your inventory nor can you put items into an empty container in your inventory.

Think about it; the news entry is correct.
