Update

That is one mean Swamp Troll!

  • What’s New:
    • Stronger (mini-)bosses and more NPC abilities.
    • NPCs drop souls in 8 different colors and sizes. (What can be done with them the next updates will reveal…)
  • Changes:
    • Reduced stamina regeneration, but bottom-capped it, so newbies aren’t penalized.
    • Tweaked crafting modifiers; existing items with +x modifiers may have been converted automatically.
    • Ghosts can’t be knocked back anymore.
    • Improved the Ghost Captain‘s buffs and debuffs.
    • Wasps now defend their swarm.
    • Fierce Wasps now shoot poisoning stingers.
    • The Swamp Troll now shoots volleys of rocks, has more hitpoint and stomps more often.
    • More and exclusive loot for (mini-)bosses; defeating them pays off!.
    • The game client is muted on window focus loss.
    • Some NPCs now drop gear (weapons, armors, …).
    • Goblin Net changed to a ranged attack that players can actually dodge.
  • Bugfixes:
    • Fixed taking items from the vicinity with Q.
    • Hitting enemies that have high enough knockback resistance doesn’t knock them back anymore.
    • Fixed some NPC targeting issues.
    • Fixed sheep going on a hike…

Oh no, they’re shooting back!

  • What’s New:
    • Players can now change the size of their estates.
    • Ranged combat for NPCs – The Swamp Troll now throws stones and there are Goblin Archers!
  • Changes:
    • NPCs do more damage, depending on the level difference, if the player’s level is higher; So they pose a certain challenge later on as well.
    • Changed the troll stomp – players now get a better hint on where the troll will strike.
    • Temporarily removed slow down magic from NPCs due to synchronization issues and the resulting lag.
    • Changed the Goblin Net spell to stamina reduction instead of slow-down
      Hint: there are consumables that give back some stamina.
    • Increased the powers of Goblin Shamans (stronger goblin buff spells, Weaken and Harm debuffs).
    • Small change in NPC behaviour: aggressive monsters won’t instantly turn away, when their target goes behind collision.
    • Slightly increased the accuracy of some (especially low-level) ranged weapons.
  • Bugfixes:
    • Repair was possible even if the item was at maximum condition.


hp_schrift_premium

  • Access Ethereal Storage via button while on your own ground (estate or worlds).
  • Nutrients are being recognized in your Ethereal Storage, so they don’t have to reside in your inventory for feeding plants.
  • Crafting resources are being recognized in your Ethereal Storage, so they don’t have to reside in you inventory for crafting.
  • Optional automatic plant feeding with nutrients from your Ethereal Storage.

Hello, 2015. Tweaks, changes, bugfixes.

  • What’s New:
    • Notification on login when someone sent you a message while you were offline.
  • Changes:
    • Crafted items no longer fall behind crafting stations.
    • Tweaked pixel-per-NPC formula – gives a little bit more and the level-difference doesn’t have such a big impact.
    • More information displayed on new-world dialog window.
    • Chosen estate’s borders are rendered with another color (making estate identification easier if you named them similarly).
    • Static objects can be placed/removed by holding the left/right mouse button, making creation of bigger structures less tiring.
    • No more exp for placing tiles – that made leveling far too easy.
    • Weapons now degrade by hitting destructibles (like ore veins or destructible trees).
    • Additional information on the premium features dialog.
    • Repair features of construction skills implemented; the base repair condition is 60% an can be increased to 100% via skill.
  • Bugfixes:
    • Fixed wrong entries in the Ambient and Music lists in the region editor.
    • When giving more pixels than needed during NPC pixel trades, the surplus pixels aren’t lost anymore.
    • Incorrect respawn point activation when teleporting to another world.
    • Fixed some spawners so objects or NPCs don’t spawn behind collision.
    • Fixed a client bug that seemingly produced faulty static objects under certain circumstances.
